ProMix LLC, doing business as Onsite Concrete Delivery Services and referred to here as ProMix, we, us or our, provides onsite volumetric concrete delivery.

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers or health information through this website. If you need to send information of that kind, call us and we will arrange a secure method.

4. Text Messaging

Where you check the consent box on one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from ProMix LLC about quotes, delivery scheduling and responses to inquiries. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote or of doing business with us.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Companies that operate our website, customer relationship management system, email and text messaging, payment processing and file storage, acting on our behalf and under contract.
• Job participants. Where necessary to quote or deliver a job, for example a general contractor or property owner, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
• Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, insurers and auditors.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or government authority, and where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.
• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and then for the periods required by our legal, contractual, insurance and licensing obligations.

If a breach of unencrypted and unredacted personal information occurs, we will notify affected Arizona residents as required by A.R.S. section 18-552.
